Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Specialist in Revenue
Cycle/Medical Billing for a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with leadership to identify training needs and develop
training curriculum for employees
Utilizes Subject Matter Experts to create and maintain
instructional materials related to Customer Service/Insurance
Recovery activities
Facilitates training sessions and evaluates the effectiveness of
training programs based on established criteria
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business
Administration, or related field preferred
Five (5) years of experience in the training field
One (1) year of curriculum development experience
Two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment with
leadership responsibilities
Excellent documentation skills
