Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Workflow Specialist responsible
for overseeing Robotic Process Automations (RPAs) that support
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily output reports and address performance issues
Identify opportunities for new bots and manage inbound bot
requests
Develop an understanding of RCM workflows and improve efficiency of
bots
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate
Medical claims billing experience required
1+ years of RCM training and workflow experience required
athenaOne experience is required
Experience developing and/or managing RPA preferred
