Job Description:
A company is looking for a Travel Scheduler (Temporary
Role).
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end travel coordination for mobile phlebotomists and
clinicians, including flights, hotels, and ground
transportation
Coordinate travel for short-term assignments and long-term
deployments across the US
Create and distribute detailed itineraries and act as the first
line of support for travel-related issues
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience coordinating complex travel
agendas
High attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve
logistical gaps
Experience working with diverse teams across an organization
