not years.THE JOBAnduril's Legal team is seeking an experienced
Supply Chain attorney to join our team. In this role, you will be
responsible for providing legal review and guidance on issues
related to procurement, logistics, supplier management, and
supplier contract negotiations in support of Anduril's U.S. and
Foreign government contracts. You will serve as the primary
attorney for supply chain and operations teams within Anduril and
partner with the teams to develop, procure, manufacture, and
deliver Anduril products at scale. You will have a robust
understanding of contracts (NDA's, SOW's, MSA's, JDA's, etc.), risk
management, intellectual property, and regulatory and federal
contract compliance requirements affecting the supply chain. You
will partner closely with our world-class supply chain team to
enable it to engage with vendors and suppliers in an organized,
constructive, and efficient manner.Anduril is a fast-growing

Legal team must be resourceful, creative, and eager to take
ownership of complex matters. You will require excellent
negotiating and project management skills to coordinate and
efficiently close complex transactions on tight timelines, with a
singular focus on helping Anduril deploy its path-making technology
into operational settings for the United States and its allies.WHAT
YOU'LL DO
- Be a key member of Anduril's dynamic Legal team.
- Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of
contracts, including purchase agreements, service contracts, and
supplier agreements.
- Advise on legal risks and business terms of various supply
chain arrangements and provide legal advice on joint development
agreements, strategic sourcing, indirect sourcing, and logistics
agreements.
- Establish frameworks, SOPs, templates, etc., and process
improvements to help streamline reviews within exponential
growth.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
pertaining to supply chain management.
- Engage with our compliance function to ensure compliance with
customs, export controls, sanctions, and trade laws.
- Support the resolution of disputes or litigations related to
supply chain issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement
supply chain strategies and policies.
- Partner with and coach Supply Chain personnel on contracts and
negotiations.
- Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the supply
chain and the broader business.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- JD degree from a top-tier accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer with a focus on
supply chain, trade, or commercial law.
- Strong understanding of the legal aspects of supply chain
management.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong written and verbal
communication skills.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and within a team
environment.
- Ability to provide clear risk analyses and recommendations to
executive leadership.
- Ability to be a strong problem solver with skills that extend
well beyond risk identification.
- Willing and able to work in Anduril's Costa Mesa, California
office.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage
multiple projects.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with U.S. government contracting, knowledge of
FAR/DFARs contract compliance obligations including DoD business
systems/purchasing requirements.
- Experience with Defense companies, Robotics, Technology, or
other manufacturing-heavy companies.
- Experience working at a startup or ability to establish
processes and SOPs from scratch.
- 7-10 years experience partnering with Supply Chain and
Operations.
- In-house experience preferred, not required.
- Licensed to practice law in the United States.
- Active security clearance.US Salary Range: $196,000 - $294,000
USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide
range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work
experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or
