Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Contracts Counsel to
support public sector and commercial agreements remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and manage a variety of public sector and commercial
agreements
Review, draft, and negotiate public agency and professional
services agreements
Engage in sophisticated commercial contracting work on a part-time
basis
Required Qualifications
3 - 5+ years of experience in commercial contracting law
Significant experience with public agency agreements and
professional services contracts
Familiarity with federally funded project requirements
preferred
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law
school
