Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to
oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Costpoint subject matter expert, ensuring accurate
system configuration and optimal utilization
Direct all Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
processes, ensuring fiscal efficiency
Produce, review, and present financial reports and dashboards to
leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; or
equivalent work experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance
experience in Government Contracting
Extensive hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint, particularly
in project setup and financial reporting
Solid understanding of GAAP, FAR, and DCAA regulations
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver
results under tight deadlines
