Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient & Site Engagement Manager
responsible for managing and executing patient and site-facing
initiatives for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute tactics for patient recruitment, retention, and
engagement in clinical trials
Act as the interface with global and local stakeholders involved in
patient and site-facing initiatives
Maintain documentation and quality standards for effective tactic
development
Required Qualifications
5+ years of clinical research industry experience
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree required; preferably in a
scientific or health-related discipline
Experience in patient recruitment and clinical trial execution with
a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or healthcare facility
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the clinical trial
sector preferred
Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft
Office applications
