Job Description:

A company is looking for an HCM Sales Associate - Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new prospects through curated lists and business development activities
Maintain relationships with referral sources to enhance market penetration and brand building
Utilize sales tools and manage a sales funnel to meet and exceed sales quotas

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred
5 years' experience in a quota-driven sales environment
Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sales engagements
Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools preferred
