A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Excellence &
Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Source/build and facilitate sales skills and methodology training
for global revenue team members
Partner with Product Marketing to align product training and
materials with the sales methodology
Evaluate and coach managers and revenue team members on the
application of the sales methodology
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, RevOps, or a
related role within a B2B SaaS environment
Experience implementing and sustaining sales methodology and skills
programs on a global scale
Ability to adapt training delivery for different cultures,
geographies, and role types
