Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Customer Service
Representative - Medicaid Member Support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to Medicaid member inquiries using a computerized system
and standard procedures
Gather information, assess caller needs, and document calls while
resolving inquiries
Provide information regarding member eligibility and assist with
Medicaid applications
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or
GED
Background screening required
A minimum of 1-year call center experience in telephone customer
service or related experience
Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs
