Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of licensed sales agents and ensure compliance with

Provide training and support to agents on contracts, risk

Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage
operations
Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performing agents

Highly organized with multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced
