Job Description:
A company is looking for a Process Associate - Fraud Call Center
Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from cardholders and financial institutions
regarding fraud claims
Determine the reason for calls related to merchant fraud and
dispute issues
Handle customer escalations and assist with special projects as
assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent education/experience
At least one year of call center customer service experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced inbound call environment
PC knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications
Reliable with a solid attendance record and performance reviews
