Job Description:
Key Responsibilities and Priorities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships of trust at all
levels of the customer organization through open and interactive
communication
- Provide information about products and services
- Generate sales leads
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Respond to request for quotes and provide lead times
- Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing as
necessary
- Open new customer accounts
- Review or make changes to customer accounts
- Listen to customers' questions and concerns, and provide
answers or responses
- Handle returns and complaints, provide appropriate solutions
and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure
resolution
- Review and select standard responses for answers or
solutions
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Refer customers to supervisors or more experienced employees
when needed
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve
satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the
right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer
accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers Position Consults with:

--Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer/Client Focus
- Problem Solving/Analysis
- Results Driven
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client
service representative
- Track record of achieving quotas
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different
types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Years of Experience Required: --Minimum 5 years of experience in
the

--Education Requirements: High School Diploma, preferably an
Associate's
