Job Description Customer Service Clerical Position Manufacturing
company in Azusa, CA is hiring for a full-time clerical position in
the customer service department. Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm with -
hour for lunch. Job Description: At the Company's office, the
Customer Service Representative (CSR) will assist walk-in, phone
and email customers, answer questions regarding the Company's
products, take customer deposits, process orders and file invoice
packets. Responsibilities also include liaising with manufacturing,
accounting and shipping departments for updates on customer order
status, product availability and customer credit issues. The CSR
will be working closely with the Company's owners. Qualifications:
High school diploma, minimum of 3 years prior experience in a
customer service role in a small manufacturing company. Skilled in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with good verbal and
written communication skills. Detail oriented, resourceful,
organized, thorough in completing assigned tasks in a timely
manner, friendly, conscientious. Preference given to SAGE100
experience. Bilingual ability is a plus. Must be able to pass drug
test/background screening. Must have legal right to work in the
