As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a key role in achieving this by developing effective merchandising strategies and setups that boost product visibility and consumer appeal, and subsequently, customer sales. Your expertise will ensure optimal placement and promotional initiatives align with our exceptional standards and our partners' business objectives. This role requires a combination of market insight, creativity, detailed analytical skills, and a proactive attitude towards business growth. Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective merchandising strategies. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design promotional materials and display set-ups. Visit client venues to oversee the implementation of merchandising plans. Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to optimize merchandising tactics. Train and guide sales staff on new merchandising guidelines and practices. Maintain accountability for the layout and visual standards of product presentations. Assess and manage inventory needs, ensuring product availability for promotions and peak times. Strong analytic and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficient in MS Office and retail management software Creative thinking with a keen eye for aesthetics Strong leadership and decision-making skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management is a plus
