A company is looking for a Head of Solutions Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Drive solution consulting support for sales processes, including
demos and technical guidance
Manage and develop a team of solution consultants across various
regions and segments
Implement data-driven processes and establish relationships with
Product and Engineering teams for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or related
SaaS roles
3+ years of experience managing high-performing GTM or solution
teams
Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales functions
Fluency in CRMs, marketing automation, and data integrations
Operational excellence in process improvement and documentation
