operational performance
Analyze clinical data to identify trends and present findings to
stakeholders
Collaborate with operational leaders to provide insights that
support decision-making
Required Qualifications
3+ years of healthcare experience with knowledge in health system
analytics
2+ years of experience with operational processes in healthcare
delivery systems
2+ years of managing analytics projects with minimal guidance
1+ years of experience guiding and developing junior team
members
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic analytical tools
