Northrop Grumman Space Systems Sector in Azusa, CA is seeking a
Industrial Security Analyst (Level 2) to join our team.Industrial
security analyst 2 will get the opportunity to develop and
administer security program and procedure for classified or
proprietary materials, document, and equipment. Studies and
implements federal security regulations that apply to company
operations. Obtains, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for
compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares
manual outlining regulations, and established procedures for
handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel
and visitor's access to restricted records and materials. Conduct
security education classes and security audits. Investigates
security violation and prepares reports specifying preventive
action to be taken.This is a security position dedicated to the
NGSP Azusa personnel security program. The candidate should have
familiarity or previous experience supporting military or DOD
contracts and customers. The chosen candidate will work in a team
environment and review, request, update, maintain, and safeguard
personnel security information to include FOUO and PII information.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and
communication skills; the ability to work independently and follow
projects through to completion; and the ability to maintain
composure and flexibility to deal with changing priorities and
