Job Description:
A company is looking for a Labor Relations Specialist to conduct
workplace investigations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end investigations including interviews,
documentation review, and detailed reporting
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure fair,
consistent outcomes
Recommend appropriate actions based on investigation findings and
identify trends to help prevent future risks
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience conducting workplace misconduct
investigations
BA/BS in Human Resources, Law, Compliance, Criminal Justice, or a
related field
Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and
empathy
Skilled in prioritizing complex, high-impact investigations
Spanish-speaking skills a plus
