Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate 2 to provide
patient-centered care and support within a healthcare
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient service and assist in identifying
care-related issues
Act as a subject matter expert and train new agents on scheduling
and registration
Schedule and register patients for appointments while maintaining
communication with healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
General knowledge of office procedures and operations
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may be
considered
