Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Systems Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and implement business systems solutions to
optimize operations
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and develop
documentation, including process flows and policies
Facilitate training sessions and act as a liaison between IT and
operational teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science,
Business Administration, or a relevant field, or equivalent
experience
3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Engineer role
preferred
Knowledge of ITIL principles, processes, and practices
Design and development skills using ITIL tooling, Jira, Confluence,
and related platforms
Technical training and/or certifications are preferred
