Supervise a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service
delivery
Promote best practices in claims handling according to
organizational standards
Manage team goals, workloads, and talent development through
effective coaching
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims
are handled
Claims background in Commercial Auto - BI, PD, RO
Prior leadership experience of 3+ years
