A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member for the
Program and Career Exploration in the Department of First Year
Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Teach PACE 111 in the assigned modality while ensuring compliance
with academic policies
Engage and motivate students through frequent interactions and
collaborative learning experiences
Provide personalized feedback and guidance on academic and career
goals, fostering student success
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field from an accredited
institution
Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education
is strongly preferred
Ability to provide substantive and personalized feedback to
students
Openness to frequent training and feedback on course-related
topics
Proficiency in engaging students in active classroom
discussions
