Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Enrollment (SQL
Preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Enrollment Specialists to ensure compliance with service
level agreements and regulatory guidelines
Manage staff performance, including quality reviews and
feedback
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement continuous
improvement methodologies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associates Degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or
equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of three years of healthcare experience, including at least
one year in enrollment/eligibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with SQL knowledge
preferred
Expert proficiency in database management and Facets
subscriber/member setup
Familiarity with healthcare, Medicaid, and Medicare regulations
