Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Specialist / Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, plan, develop, implement, and assess training programs
and services
Design and refine digital presentations and training materials in
alignment with brand guidelines
Analyze course effectiveness and recommend improvements based on
feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education, instructional design, business, or
equivalent experience
Seven or more years of experience in developing and/or delivering
training
Minimum four years of professional graphic design experience
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign
and Illustrator
Portfolio required for qualification
