Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to manage the
settlement process for property acquisitions and dispositions.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely processing of acquisitions to facilitate quick market
listings
Act as a representative to customers throughout the settlement
process
Manage relationships with title companies and assist with property
marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience with CRM systems and contract/settlement statement
management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
