Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Claims & Litigation
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts investigations and evaluates coverage, liability, and
resolution strategies
Selects and collaborates with defense counsel for lawsuits,
managing litigation expenses
Documents claim files and responds to claim complaints and
inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of claim handling experience, or an
Associate degree with 8 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 10
years of experience required
Strong knowledge in tort/contract law and complex commercial claims
handling required
Litigation claim handling experience preferred
Preferred designations include AIC, CPCU, SCLA, or CIC
Valid driver's license and good driving record required
