Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Psychiatric Mental Health
Nurse Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide patient psychiatric evaluations, assessments, diagnosis,
and medication management for children, adolescents, and young
adults
Create appropriate treatment plans and provide patient education
and consultation
Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain
thorough patient records
Required Qualifications
Active PMHNP/CRNP/APN license in the state of employment
Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program
A minimum of 1 year experience as a psychiatric mental health nurse
practitioner
A minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents,
or young adults
Board Certification by ANCC or AANP and PMHNP-BC certification
