A company is looking for a REMOTE Bilingual - Provider Relations
Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Answer a large volume of calls (100+) per day
Update customer information within the system
Provide customers with updates on their requests and process them
accurately
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
At least 6 months of remote work experience
Experience in a call center handling large call volumes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must demonstrate empathy, engagement, and flexibility
