Job Description:
A company is looking for a Disability and Life Waiver
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze claims for waiver of premium benefits, ensuring
documentation accuracy and eligibility determination
Maintain organized records of claims and ensure compliance with
regulations, preparing reports for audits as needed
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and
educating insured parties on premium waiver provisions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Long Term Disability and Life claims or
related field
Experience with waiver of premium for Long Term Disability and Life
Claims coverages
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Previous experience with FINEOS Claims software platform preferred,
but not required
