Job Description:
A company is looking for a Processor (Bilingual in Spanish and
English).
Key Responsibilities
Process conventional, FHA, VA, and/or USDA loans according to
guidelines
Maintain communication with borrowers and other stakeholders
throughout the loan process
Prepare loans for closing by gathering necessary documentation and
notifying the Closing Department
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan
processing
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in both English and Spanish
