Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Qualification Specialist to
provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and
healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Support local branch offices by reviewing new patient orders and
obtaining required documentation for health insurance plans
Request health plan authorizations and information as needed
Collaborate with field leadership to develop business relationships
and enhance patient experiences
Required Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance
industry preferred
Intermediate computer skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS
Project, Visio, and Word
Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal
supervision
Must reside and work within the United States
