Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vendor Sourcing Specialist to ensure
the smooth operation of vacation rental properties by sourcing and
training vendors and local contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the sourcing and screening of vendors and local contractors
for vacation rental properties
Assist in onboarding and training vendors to meet company
expectations
Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure
quality standards
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or onboarding
roles
Experience in vendor management, preferably in the vacation rental
industry
Fluent in English
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing
priorities
Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude
