Job Description:

An energy and utilities client is looking for an SAP Customer Solutions Representative who will input data into SAP system.

Location: Irwindale, CA 91702
Position: SAP Customer Solutions Representative
Pay: $21.45/hr. on W2
Duration: 6 months or longer
Note: Will work from home except for Tuesdays where it is required to report to office

Position Summary:
Under limited supervision, processes incoming orders. Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) of a moderately complex nature. Tasks require some judgment. Normally reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

You'll need to have:

• Associate degree in business or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to tactfully resolve moderately complex issues.
• Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and three to five years' experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail and exceptional customer services skills required.
• Time management, computer skills, multitasker, and ergonomic office set up at home.
• SAP experienced PREFERRED.
  At a minimum, a 7-year background check, education verification, employment verification, and drug screen will be conducted upon hire. Your suitability for employment is contingent upon successfully passing these required pre-employment screenings.
