Leader in residential construction, CALI Developments, is seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team.

Competitive Compensation: Commission-based - On Target Earnings of $60k annually.

Sales Representative Overview:

Cali Developments is one of Orange County's and Inland Empire's highest-rated licensed General Contractors specializing in high-end residential construction. We are seeking to hire a qualified Sales Representative for single-family residential construction jobs. You will provide estimation, sales, and project management for residential construction jobs. We will provide you with high-quality incoming leads and are seeking someone who can conduct in-person consultation with the objective to sell and manage the project from start to finish. This is a highly rewarding position for applicants who are dedicated.

Sales Representative Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years experience in the field

• Construction background is preferred

• Spanish is preferred, but not required

• Able to understand and read architectural plans

• Active driver’s license and cell phone

The ideal candidate will:

• Be highly motivated with very strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills

• Have outstanding leadership skills

• Be able to manage challenging, complex projects
   

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person consultation with pre-qualified leads with the objective to sell and close residential remodeling jobs

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships

• Manage and coordinate all stages of the construction process

• Plan, organize, and report construction activities and progress to management

• Manage and coordinate project team and sub-contractors in communicating directives

• Ensure all work is completed within the established schedule and budget

• Manage and oversee the overall quality of the project pace of work conducted on-site

• Provide tracking on all directive items and activities

• Maintain workflow and strong relations with operations team and contractors

• Communicate with clients & process change orders

• Update office with daily &/or weekly reports
