Job Description Job Description A leading global law firm is seeking an attorney with 5 years of litigation experience to join its expanding Labor & Employment practice. While prior L&E experience is strongly preferred, candidates with strong general litigation backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters for major national and international clients. Remote Labor and Employment Key Responsibilities: Handle employment-related disputes, including drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery.
