Days in Office / 1 Remote - After 90 Days) PAY RANGE: $90K - $110K
(Based on experience) REQUIREMENTS/JOB DETAILS: Personal Injury and
Litigation Experience is a MUST Assisting trial team from filing of
complaint through trial Propound and respond to extensive discovery
Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies Draft pleadings and
other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists Calendaring
Noticing Depositions and other Hearings Setting up CourtCall and
Appearance Attorneys Organize documents for filing Drafting
correspondence Special projects as needed Understanding of Personal
Injury, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases Bilingual:
English and Spanish Fluent - Huge Plus
