This role focuses on providing expert legal representation to clients in workers' compensation cases, ensuring their rights are protected and they receive the benefits they deserve. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured workers. Key Responsibilities - Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and hearings - Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents - Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements - Advise clients on their rights and legal options - Attend court hearings and mediations as needed - Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations - Collaborate with other legal professionals to strengthen case outcomes Qualifications - Jurisdictional license to practice law - Proven experience as a Workers Compensation Attorney or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations - Excellent litigation and negotiation skills - Ability to manage a high caseload and prioritize effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
