Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Assistant Staff
Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with
departmental goals
Oversee the management of litigation cases from initiation to
resolution
Manage office budgets and ensure cost-effective litigation
strategies
Required Qualifications:
Must be actively licensed to practice law in at least one state
Minimum of ten years of litigation experience, preferably in
insurance defense or personal injury
Prior management experience is required
Commitment to continuous legal education (CLE) requirements
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for
decision-making
