Job Description:
A company is looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal to support
their legal operations in Philadelphia, PA.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with all phases of litigation, focusing on discovery
Draft legal documents including motions and pleadings
Organize and manage case files and supporting documentation
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor's degree with
paralegal certification preferred
Minimum of 3 years of personal injury or insurance defense
experience
Proficiency in legal research and case analysis
Experience with case management software is a plus
Proactive and capable of handling a high-volume caseload
independently
