A company is looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including medical
malpractice and slip and fall claims
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions
Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
2-5 years of experience in insurance defense, preferably in medical
malpractice or slip and fall cases
Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines
Willingness to appear in court as needed in the SF Bay Area
