company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception
of Hawaii. About the Role We are seeking an Engineering Manager to
enable our engineering organization through exceptional technical
leadership and people management. In this role, you will lead a
team of engineers to build, scale, and maintain high-impact
consumer-facing applications. You will apply your deep full-stack
(FE/BE) building experience to ensure technical excellence across
our platforms. As a key driver in shaping our engineering culture,
you will hold a strong performance bar to support Rula's mission of
making mental healthcare work for everyone. Required Qualifications
8 years of professional software engineering experience; 3 years
managing engineers. Proven track record of delivering production
software at scale in a fast-paced environment Strong technical
grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud
infrastructure Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and
delivery velocity across multiple initiatives Prior experience
hiring and developing high-performing engineers Excellent
communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally
with Product & Design Preferred Qualifications While having the
preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of

years in a hyper-growth company Demonstrated experience leading and
using AI-Native software delivery workflows and tools Experience
building 0?1 product teams or launching new product lines that are
