A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner,
Technical.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process for technical and non-technical
roles, including job postings, candidate screening, and
onboarding
Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through
various channels to build a talent pipeline
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and
provide guidance on recruitment best practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years in a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting role,
preferably in cybersecurity or technology
Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry, particularly
ransomware protection
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting
tools
Experience conducting technical and behavioral interviews
effectively
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
(preferred)
