A company is looking for a Web Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a senior team of Web Developers and QAs
Oversee the development and maintenance of Web applications,
ensuring software quality and efficiency
Define and implement software development best practices across all
projects
Required Qualifications
Proven leadership experience of more than 4 years in Frontend,
Backend, DevOps, and QA teams
Previous experience of more than 4 years in frontend and/or backend
Web development
Experience working with e-commerce websites and cloud services such
as Google Cloud (mandatory) and AWS (optional)
Experience managing people, delivery, quality, and processes
Fluency in both Spanish and English
