Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter for a 12-month
contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior level
positions
Handle stakeholder management and assist with pre-screening, phone
screens, and interview scheduling
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and ensure
excellent candidate experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of work experience in recruitment
Experience in the Architecture, Interior, and Engineering (AEI)
industry is preferred
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly
Greenhouse ATS
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and talent research
methods
Ability to manage a fluctuating workload and prioritize tasks
effectively
