full-cycle recruitment across various roles.

Required Qualifications
Extensive experience hiring for Product and Engineering roles with
a strong understanding of technical skill sets
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing
to offer
Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and
Workable
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruiting
metrics
Advanced interviewing skills and experience with structured
interview techniques
