Key Responsibilities
Drive product adoption and usage to help customers achieve their
expected ROI
Onboard and train customers on software, developing customized
training programs
Provide exceptional service and support to clients, addressing
troubleshooting requests
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (law degree) with bar admission in at least one
state
Minimum 2 years' experience as a practicing attorney preferred
Experience with legal technology and/or AI-based software platforms
highly desired
Strong sales and customer-centric aptitude with a revenue focus
Experience in adult training/education and a passion for learning
about new technology
