A company is looking for a Commercial Customer Service
Trainee.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries in a
timely manner
Handling customer service inquiries via telephone and other
communication channels
Documenting all customer communication clearly
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in a customer service support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Must be able to pass required testing
Flexibility to work rotating schedules and overtime as required
