Job Description Formation, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Lancaster, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings - Employment Type: Travel Operating Room RN – Travel Contract | California We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment SHIFT: Thursday & Friday: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM Saturday: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Requirements: - Active California RN license - BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (annual renewal required) - Minimum 2 years recent Operating Room experience - Minimum 1 year travel RN experience - Experience with Trauma, Orthopedics, and Robotic surgical procedures Additional Requirements: - Call rotation required (weekday, weekend, and holidays) - Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled - Skills checklist required at time of submission This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled OR nurse looking to join a collaborative surgical team and support a wide range of complex procedures while on a travel assignment.
