Key Responsibilities: Oversee Clinical Operations: Manage and coordinate all clinical services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and guide clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and support personnel. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations. Policy Development: Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices. Budget Management: Oversee departmental budgets, allocate resources effectively, and advocate for the needs of the clinical department. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols and regulatory compliance, including requirements from the Joint Commission, CMS, and other governing bodies. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and healthcare professionals to integrate services and optimize patient outcomes.
